About ORYIA Skin

ORYIA Skin is the trading name used for the skincare products and services offered through oryiaskin.com. Customer enquiries can be sent to hello@oryiaskin.com.

Products

We take reasonable care to present product descriptions and images accurately. Packaging, colour and appearance may vary slightly because of manufacturing changes, lighting, photography or screen settings. Statutory rights are unaffected.

Cosmetic Claims & Results

ORYIA Skin products are cosmetic skincare products. Results vary by skin type, routine, frequency of use and individual characteristics. Product benefit descriptions do not guarantee an identical result for every customer. Website content is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease unless expressly authorised and legally permitted, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Product Use

Follow all directions and warnings supplied with each product. Check ingredients if you have known allergies or sensitivities. Stop use if significant irritation occurs and use/store products as directed.

Prices & Payment

Prices may change. The applicable price is normally the price shown at checkout when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors where legally permitted. Delivery costs and payment options are displayed at checkout.

Orders

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including obvious pricing/product errors, failed payment, reasonably suspected fraud, product unavailability or legal restrictions. If we cancel after taking payment and do not supply the goods, the relevant payment will be refunded.

Processing & Shipping

Orders normally require 1–2 business days processing. Where offered, Express Shipping is estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch and Standard Shipping at 5–10 business days after dispatch. Estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. Statutory delivery rights remain unaffected.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy together with applicable statutory consumer rights.

Promotions

Promotions may have additional conditions. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes have no cash value, may not be combinable and may be changed or withdrawn before an order is placed.

Intellectual Property

ORYIA Skin branding, logos, original photography, website design, graphics and written content belong to ORYIA Skin or are used under appropriate licence unless stated otherwise. They may not be commercially copied or exploited without permission except where law permits.

Prohibited Use

You must not use the website for fraud, malicious software, unlawful interference, infringement of rights, unlawful scraping/exploitation or other unlawful activity.

Liability

Nothing excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including applicable liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or non-excludable statutory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or losses caused by misuse

Third-Party Services

We may use third parties for e-commerce hosting, payments, fulfilment, shipping, analytics, advertising and related services. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.

Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively. The current version and revision date will be published on the website.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections applicable to customers elsewhere.
